Anyone planning to give up ?
My last smoke was 10:30pm New Years Eve 2010
Not a single puff since ......not even an e-smoke
Feel so much better and my wallet loves it.
So does my wife...
I can't recommend it enough....so much depends on being around to enjoy the wonders of the future
gave up 10 years ago
Come on Graham, I get the feeling you'd manage it if you put your mind to it
We've got almost a couple of weeks to convince you.......what is it that holds you back?
Be honest
It's a great way to save money......not just on the costs of ciggies but also on future medications.......they're not free in those paradise islands ya know
Do it Graham - I'm 14 years and untold £1000's ahead. Marco beat it
At the moment the dutyfrees I still have left.
After that, hopefully the shock of the local prices will be too much of a shock to want to continue.
I'll make a huge effort to buy some cheap electronic cigs from poundland.
The ones I got for my plane flights last month worked fine (2 quid total for the 2 flights).
Thanks for the encouragement....and Dedworth too.
It's in your own head and hands Graham.
I reckon it's a great strategy to fix a stake in the ground and go for it. Means set a date.
What better date than No Smoking Day
Electronic ciggies can help some folks but do nothing to break the habit of handling the cigarette and associated accoutrements.
At 10 or less a day the biggest challenge is habit/timing etc rather than craving.
Do it Graham.........
Set a date, that stake in the gound, that target.
Enjoy the future....that's where you'll spend the rest of your life
Of course you're right.
I'll stop completely on March 12th.
Pack it in Graham it's a filthy habit
BTW I'm off to Philippines again in July paid for by the money I've saved on the fags. Next target newish motor
Thanks for the vote of confidence people.
Last time I stopped for 3 years (2004-2007).
Felt much healthier, and just filled out nicely, including some of the lines on my face....going up to just under 14 stones, which is my 'natural' weight I'd say...still no fat.
