Quickie - settled Filipina wanting husband to join her in UK, is it similar to "normal" spouse visa?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I can't seem to find this on google or the site, but this is possibly to my not thinking straight today as I've got a turn of vertigo :(

A friend has asked my advice. She is a settled Filipina, who I think now has citizenship. She lives with her kids, but would like her husband to come join her over here.

She's panicking as she's been trying to find the right forms, but the ones she has make no mention of the financial requirement (Which I would have thought would apply), so she thinks she's looking at the wrong forms.

I've searched and found this https://www.gov.uk/remain-in-uk-family/family-members, but I can't do a dummy application as it asks for all sorts of registration etc.

I'm basically wondering, has anyone any experience, am I barking up the wrong one here? Would the process for her to be reunited with her hubby be any different from that which most of us have had to do to get our partners here?
The income requirement would be no issue at all for her, but maybe this only applies to original British (Now that would be unfair!)

Look to the top right habd side and you'll see this:-

Long visit visas

Apply to join family living permanently in the UK

Follow that link.....

You'll find it will lead to the exact same application forms and requirements that all spouses complete.
All the same mandatory requirements will need to be complied with:-
English Language
TB Screening
Financial Requirements, accommodation, relationship etc

Her husband will need to make the application online and submit all the paperwork and evidential documentation at the VFS application centre.
