King of facts, he has said what I posted, he feared for his life but then

Jodia Aries trial, she claimed because she dropped his camera, he attacked her, she ran from the bathroom down the corridor, and instead of turning left and running down the stairs to get out of the house, she turns right into the bedroom, where at the end of the room on top of a high cupboard there is a gun (gun never found, one went missing from her grandad's a few days before ) that she believes has blank bullets in.

She manages to grab the gun as he chases her, open the door to the bathroom, where he catches up with her, fearing for her life she fires the gun and shoots him in the head then stabs him nearly 30 times and slitting his throat
