-my fiance told me that from 01/04/2013, he earned 21,755 then from 01/10/2013 it went to 22,247. How am I going to answer the question?

3.22 If your sponsor has not been employed by the same employer for 6 months prior to the application does their total income (before tax) from salaried employment received in the 12 months prior to your application meet or exceed the financial requirement you must meet?

I am also quite confused with employer's information. BT has lots of offices, he works in Warrington but in his certificate of employment, the main headquarters of BT is in London, and they have given their official land line number

What is the address, phone number and email address of your sponsor’s employer?

So what are we going to put? The address where he physically located (address where he works) or the main headquarters of BT?
