A smoggy place
Enjoy your trip
Oh come on Dedworth, don't spoil the lady's excitement.
Apparently if you can avoid all the French people there it's quite nice....and they've even got a copy of the Blackpool Tower !
............ 's actually a misprint of Dedworth's ... it should read "snoggy" place. Paris is, after all ... the 'City of '!
Anyway, who knows ... ... the picture may've been taken around dusk (early evening).
Tres romantique! Enjoy yourselves.
We enjoyed our dinner at Chartier. Worth a try if you want a good atmosphere and proper French waiter rudeness, especially after you have paid because there is a long queue waiting outside.
UKBA,UKBA I am dreading to hear from you...
UKBA, a BRP for Christmas will do...
Never been into Europe!
Been to Paris twice (Once for the benefit of the kids Disneyland) IMO I dont know what all the fuss is about. Give me a place like Austria anyday for scenery. Anyway, you might think differently I hope you have a great time.
I had a meal on the Eifel Tower many years ago, I think you have to pre-book now.
A good memory.
Mick.
I went on a 4 day break for my 60th birthday---on the Eurostar !
The metro is very good for getting around. the riverboat cruises are good value.
If you want to go up the Eiffel Tower--allow a day for queueing.
Unfortunately--most of the people there are French---------
Have a wonderful time in the most romantic city
I enjoyed Paris!! The weather was good 21c I tried to upload some of our photos but I don't know why I can't..
Lol most people there are French
