Well I have just downloaded one of these. 51 pages. The first thing I notice is that pages 1-5 were all about how to pay. What does that tell you?.. A lot of the questions are exactly the same as what we filled in on the spouse visa application. I feel like sending the original documents in that we filled in for the spouse visa and letting them sort it out.

you are right , they have all the information already, but the only thing they have not is your cash, pay up and get ready for the next one

I think I will be sticking my fingers up to them before then.
