A home to be built in Marikina

Well its starting I THINK, the plans are being drawn up and once done they will be sent over to us to see if we are happy with them and then its all go I THINK.

I have been told the people who are renting the front property have moved out so work can begin as soon as everything is approved.

Am i excited? YES , am i worried? YES, am i bothered? NO.

If it happens i know Ems will be very happy and i shall too, but we are not there so we have to put all the faith into this build onto her sister and Ems dad too.

The budget from us has been fixed and with the rest of the family pulling together, well it should happen, so this time next year i could be sitting on our top floor balcony overlooking the white sand beach and the blue seas, watching the boats. Thats the murals on the wall that i have just had painted , I think

Well Steve all I can say is good luck as you,re going to need it. As I said before, building a house without you actually being there to supervise is just plain nuts in my view.

Thanks Peter, I hope it comes off for Ems sake really, its her dads house, the family house as she calls it, and we have decided to give a sum that we are both happy with and hope all goes well with it, we shall see what happens in the coming months
