It doesn't cost anything for change of address. You need to inform UKBA by doing it online - that is how my wife did hers.
There is a charge for change if personal details ie change of name which requires repeating your biometrics. Hope this helps

If you will renew your passport and change your name to married name, you need to replace the BRP card to match the new name in your passport. The form for that is in that link.
