Easy for me to say but try not to get too stressed Jen.
I'm sure it'll get sorted......or VFS will help reschedule your appointment.

Chin up and good luck....we're all thinking of you.

    UPDATE:

I have seen in one of the threads here this mobile number,

    Mobile: +63 (0)917 556 8120

I called that and a british man answered it, he was a good man (and I believe that he is an official of somewhat) , I got scared because he asked where I got his number I just said I was searching on google who I can call and ask for the help, (the filipina agent also asked which website but I said I forgot which where, I was just on google) the man asked his colleague about my concern, he noted my mobile number and name and he told me that he's going to ask the customer service to call me. After 1 minute someone called me, (a filipina) agent, asking my concern, she was helpful but quite of mataray, she gave me some email address where I can send my concern and I did it, but i was still worried that it might take so long to respond.

    Last night:
My boyfriend left voicemail to Sarah Rapson, and I have seen a customer service phone numbers of UKVI on their website but I know those are for applicants within UK but my boyfriend and I was desperate so we tried calling them. I also rang them for 5 times but their queuing so I let my boyfriend call them from time to time.

I have emailed the address that Ms.Rani suggested last night and got response in no time, she's a manager in VFS, and I was losing hope as I know she has nothing to do with Visa4UK website. She gave me the applye-online e-mail address for my concern, and again I lost hope.

So as Miss Rani suggested, let my fiance email the manager of VFS, he emailed her last night.

I was planning to go to VFS personally to ask for their help but my boss didnt want to allow me to go undertime because its first day of the month and my incentive will get affected, but I told her that this is so important so she let me.

Before I logged out, an email from the manager of VFS beeped my phone again and she said she already has the solution for my concern. She asked me to call her so I called her thru her mobile and she told me that she contacted (blah blah british) and they told her that they will just print out my application form and they will give it to me tomorrow so I can sign it. I WAS REALLY LIKE

I AM SO HAPPY! AND I KNOW MY FIANCE WILL BE SO HAPPY TOO! I AM READY TO SUBMIT MY APPLICATION TOMORROW!

No sucking up but I so love you guys, thank you so much for everything!! and I have just received another email from the VFS manager, I was just copied but it was her reply to my fiance telling him that the issue has been resolved

    ANOTHER weird UPDATE.

Went to vfs earlier to submit my application, the receptionist did not give me a number as I was endorsed by the vfs manager. So I went straight to counter one and the agent called the manager, everything was smooth and they provided my printed application form. Was in queue for biometrics when they called me again, and the manager said that she was talking to someone from British embassy and told her not to accept my application because the page 1 and 2 (even if they were the one who printed it) are missing. The manager suggested to look for a computer shop nearby to try logging in again and reset my password and send her the screenshots, so I did it and same thing as my problem, I did not receive any, I even called the hotline of visa uk, which costs £1 per minute and they will charge it straight from your credit card, the Indian escalated my concern, but nothing happened. So I went back to vfs and told it to the manager. The manager asked me to show her the email of visa4uk the first time I reset it, I showed her and told her that I was able to change my password Before Thursday and logged in. But when I was about to print it Friday, I am unable to log in and I have the error message when I use logging in my email address and new password. The manager said, it could be virus, so I mentioned to her that last Thursday I went to university belt here in Manila and logged in my visa4uk account because I will print it out there, but I am unable to log in anymore, and told her that the computer is from a printing shop where there are lots of customers, especially from the universities, so the manager concluded that it was a virus. Then she called the embassy again and escalated it, then when she went out, she told me that it's all good now, I can go ahead with my biometrics.

The name of the manager is Cecile, and I am so thankful to her for being so helpful for everything.

And thanks to you guys for helping me, I've successfully submitted my application and documents.

So it was a lesson learned.

What a bloody nightmare. I am happy you got it sorted in the end but surely there is a better system they could put in place. Good luck with the visa.

    Yes he should.
Basically VFS managed somehow to 'fix' a workaround. The original problem has still not been resolved....

I have to go back to makati on Friday as the receipt has no AMAN tracking reference number. Haaaaaaaay.

I have already thought about complaining but I am scared that it might affect my visa application.

    Hi terpe,

Yeah, I didn't have a chance to ask the manager what did the embassy say about my log ins or if it has been fixed, but I've sent her an email again. Will wait for the answer, if there's no answer until tomorrow I'll go again to vfs and ask about it also they didn't give me any tracking reference number, i thought it's not needed as I wasn't included on queue and didn't have submission number, but I went on vfs website and to be able to track, the AMAN codes are needed

That's what we are hoping for, so all of these especially the stressed moments are worth it.

If my application got refused with this matter, do you think my boyfriend has a right to complain? And will it be like doing an appeal?

One person from application centre earlier told me that appeals are being processed after 8 months. Is it true?

Well I can say that the appeals route is long hard and potentially expensive one.
Currently 6 months is the standard time for a hearing date.
It's really only worth considering if UKVI have made a mistake and you're both prepared to go that way.

Your application won't get refused as it appears you've complied with the UKVI requirements.
It's intended to be a joint effort by you both as a couple.....sponsor and applicant. Refusals do get made from time to time but that shouldn't be any reason to come between you.

If your boyfriend had any reservations about the quality of your application he should have made them before the application was submitted. IMHO

    Stay positive and stay solid.

Yes I know that is a consideration my gut feeling is put in a complaint.

There are others on here who I'm sure will have raised "official complaints" about similar appalling service whilst their applications are going through. Thankfully I never had to experience dealing with these faceless, bureaucratic imbeciles as Mrs D was already in the Uk working as a nurse.

Good luck with your application - don't let 'em wear you down

Yes, when I was applying for marriage visitor visa, it was the most anxious two weeks of our lives, our world stopped and got really stressed, but since is longer than that visa, I just told my boyfriend to take off our mind from thinking that we are waiting for the result so we can still continue living whilst waiting and not be stressed. Haha another lesson learned from my previous visa application.

Honestly I'm so thankful about this site, I have recommended it to some who I talked to earlier.
You guys Helped us a lot, I would be totally blank on what to do if It wasn't because of you guys, thank you.

    The manager replied

"The British Embassy have not provided any detail about your login issue on visa4uk as that is a technical issue."

    Thank you so much

Just an update from VFS, they will be no longer giving AMAN tracking reference number and it will be taken off from their website, so our tracking reference number for the new applicants will be the GWF application reference number.
