Its been a long time since i have finished work early and have been home to watch the 6 pm news, but today i was able to do all the things and have a sit down and on came the news,

That's why I usually turn it off now.
When I hear air raid sirens going off outside, I'll know something important is going on in the world.
It would be nice to have a happy news programme for those of us who like to be cheered up.
My top article would be as Dedworth mentioned Sniper shoots suicide bomber and blows up 6-that is good news
