Negative rep. A question to the moderators

Im surprised this forum has negative reps enabled and even more so people use them for minor things

This is not ebay

I remember when LM first came on here. ..I think he had 3 negative reps to start with I don't recollect him making a song and dance over it. In fact a few years later he's now a valued member. so there's hope for me yet
