A place for everything, everything in its place.
We have that Tefal frying pan. It's non-stick, so very easy to clean.. I'm not really sure of other benefits though.

...When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible...
the cast iron one would hurt more if was used to hit your partners head
I have a non stick pan. it goes with my four saucepans and wok I own. Think I really need to invest in new pots and pans, my saucepans are 20 years old. But as a man living alone what do you expect lol....
Non sick without doubt!
I used to have the old fashioned iron type too ages just to clean a fried egg
Yep non stick all the time
AN HAPPY WIFE IS A HAPPY LIFE
every pan i have is well used and with Ems use of metal on metal , well you can understand why i will not buy again
Why not try the ceramic coated pan? you can get them in argos. I got one myself and its great, much better than teflon.
Cast iron cooks well and last forever but has too many disadvantage for my liking. Seasoning, weight and hot handle to deal with
So far I've been highly impressed with my Circulon pans.
The Genesis frying pan (skillet) is a good size, made from quality stainless steel and completely non-stick with the added advantage of being metal utensil safe.
Can also be popped in the oven.
Not cheap though. But well worth it in the long run IMO
My wife finds the cast iron stuff just too heavy.
It's not easy to fully 'season' cast iron surfaces .....but great to cook with .....especially fish.
A place for everything, everything in its place.
We have both. The non-stick pans eventually start to lose their coating and become less non-stick (more sticky?!?).
The cast iron pan is heavy but incredibly durable and nothing seems to stick to it. However, we are looking after it properly and applying oil to it before putting it away.
