I've been keeping up to date with this case, after listening to his defense and all the crying and feeling sorry for himself just don't think he has a leg to stand on!

I don't buy any of his story.. If you hear something and you think it's a burglar, don't you ask your partner who's on bed with you if she heard anything? That's always the scene in movies!

as in the jodi arias case, if the guy is trying to kill you, you don't run past the stairs that lead out of the house but instead run into a bedroom to get a gun that you 'believe' to have blanks in it

in pistorius case, if he feared for his life, why didn't he get his gun and get out of the house? why go towards someone you believe is going to kill you
