A real tragedy.
If I was on a ferry that was listing, no way would I be inside, I'd be out on the deck ready to get off within seconds. It reminds me of when people in the Twin Towers were told to stay put!
If disaster strikes, get away from it as quickly as possible, that is supposed to be natural human instinct.

These RORO ferries still appear to be a menace as far as passenger safety goes...despite lessons supposedly having been learned from similar past disasters.
