Post Have I missed anything off from my list?

I am preparing the documentation required for the spouse visa. Below is what I have gathered so far and also what I still need to do. I would be grateful if you could take a look and let me know if I have missed anything from that list.

    Thank you

    Spouse visa checklist.

    Documents so far.

Application form VAF 4A and Financial appendix 2 (print outs)
6 Months payslips (27/10/2013-27/3/14) (Will need latest ones before visa submission)
6 month bank statements (2 accounts)(November-April) (will need latest ones before visa submission)
    Employment contract.
    P60 (2013, still need to obtain 2014 P60)
    House deed.
    Passport and old passport.
Copy of birth certificate and copy of adoption birth certificate.
    Facebook timeline between us printouts.
    Skype IM printouts.
    Mortgage statements
Birthday/Christmas/valentines/anniversary cards and letters from Harlene
Sponsor ID (Copy of My Driving License)

Documents pending (needed before Visa submission)
    Print out Affirmation or affidavit
    Fill out VAF 4A online.
Latest payslips from (27/4/2014 - Date of visa submission)
Latest Bank statements (April - Date of visa submission)
    P60 year ending 2014.
Letter from Housing association to confirm home owner
Gas/Electric bills (latest ones for proof of address)
Letter from the employer confirming the person’s employment and annual salary, the length of their employment (and the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application), and the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).
    Marriage certificate
Boarding passes (for proof of visit)
Photos of our time together in Philippines and Wedding photos.
Harlene to write a letter about our relationship.
Outline how and where you met, how long you have been together, how you have maintained contact, important events and meetings between yourselves, and plans you have made for living in the UK (specifically, why you are opting to live in the UK).
Keep it as simple as possible and above all be honest about everything, if there are any remaining complicated or unusual circumstances about your application it should be thoroughly explained here.

I am hoping to submit Harlene's visa application in the next 2-3 weeks time.

So just dragging this thread up incase anyone can see anything I may have missed. I am hoping to send my DHL package with the latest docs by the end of next week, so if i have missed anything I need to know!

    Passport and old passport.

You don't need to send your passport and old passport ... it's dangerous!!

A scanned copy of your passport and stamped pages (sponsor) will be fine for the visa application.

Of course I meant scanned copies, I need my passport in case I need to fly out, would never send the original.

Harlene must submit her current original passport.
    No passport, no visa.

    There's no requirement for SU07/12

Thanks Terpe, so she submits her passport when she goes to VFS, then I am guessing when the visa is approved (hopefully) they give it back stamped?

Thank you... I think my post may have come across the wrong way... No malice intended.
