Person A vs person B
A earns £10000/yr and therefore pays no tax
B earns £11000/yr and pays 20% of £1000 (£200)
Both get 10% tax cut
A gets 10% of nothing
B gets 10% of £200 so is therefore £20 better off
A complains that B is £20 a year better off
Anyone else see where this is going?
