Yes, finally a bit sensible reply from UKVI. But I'm not sure though if I understand it right, please correct me if I am wrong. As to how I got it, it means all those applicants with ETS certificate and already submitted their documents will be ok. Is that right?

I think ... though could be wrong ... that those whose applications were submitted before April 5 - i.e., the date on which ETS apparently withdrew its contract, should be ok. However, I'm sure Terpe will be able to confirm whether that is likely to be the case or not.

My online application was made April 10th and submitted my documents April 16th so I'm beyond that April 5th. My mind is a bit at ease though knowing they accepted my ETS certificate which they are not doing now as what they said on their reply and knowing that home office made the announcement a day after I submitted my documents. I am expecting an interview from UKVI though. I'm hoping UKVI will not put my application on hold.
