    New Neighbours soon

Well the house next door has been cleaned and lots of money spent on it too, and it does look a lot better then it use to and now its ready for new people to move in.

We have had 3 months of peace and quiet and thats soon to change, lets hope someone that moves in will be better then the old ones.

There is one sign of good news though, the owner has given me her direct number just in case of problems which I hope never happen.

Be tactful Steve, and try to educate your new neighbours!

That sounds promising Steve, I sincerely hope that you have much better neighbours than those that were previously living next door.

I have had a few neighbours in the flat above mine over the years. I do have the landlords number and email that he gave me a few years back when a previous tenant decided I needed an indoor swimming pool! Thankfully I have never had to use them since he gave me them.

Hopefully the landlord has learnt something and it'll be happy days ahead.
