Did these members apply for jobs or did their various industries coming begging cap in hand for them to come and work for them

Did they sign a contract saying they'd have a job for life and a 4% above inflation pay rise every year

Workers applied for these jobs because they had good terms and conditions and thats what they are fighting for now

You have hit a sore point with "graduate trainees"

We get this idiots employed at my place and most of them dont have a clue
Because these clowns have been on some "wonder" degree course it makes it ok for them fresh out of university to be put it charge of people who have been doing the same job for years

Any decent company promotes from within with people who have worked up through the ranks
Not wet behind the ear ignorant x graduates
