I understand him well but I wasn't able to answer him well because was having a panic attack. Is it possible that they will deny my application just bec how I response with the call?
I tried to think positive but I can't help my negativity.

Have you lived together for 2 years or more? As that is a requirement for settlement visa.

I don't think he needs to live together with his partner for 2 years to get a proposed civil partnership visa. It's just like getting a fiance(e) visa, but for the same sex.

False if spousal, fiancé visa.... I have a friend who married her husband after 6 months of dating (3 months on chat, then the man came over to Philippines to meet her, came back to England to gather some requirements for the visa, then came back to Philippines to get married...spousal visa granted in 2 weeks!

    True if settlement(M) ILR.

They shouldn't expect everybody they called to answer fluently in English or let's say perfect in English.

I would say that if you manage to answer all their queries, then I don't think there is anything to worry about.

Keep being positive. Let us know how it went. Good luck!

Hi, I am also under fiancee visa but I lodged mine April 2, 2014 so it looks like that I will be waiting until the next month for the result, fiance pressuring me too much so I had to be quiet to him.

    Did you take TOEIC exam?

I am seeing lots of good news, hoping for a good news too! Quite amazed that a day can change anyone's life.
