Effective 15 May 2014 CFO-Manila will launch an On-Line appointments system for Fiancé(e)’s and Spouses

Please take time to review.It's important because CFO will no longer entertain walk-ins from 15 May

Also note, it does appear that you cannot register until your visa has been issued.

That's great!
They shoul've done that ages ago but glad they have thought about making On-line appointments to prevent the applicant going there very early in the morning like i did just to make sure you get a slot for that day.
