Immigration judges block foreign killer's deportation on 'human rights' grounds

    it's

A foreign killer has won the right to stay in Britain indefinitely - and keep his identity secret - after claiming his human rights would be breached if he was separated from his extended family.
what do you have to do to get deported, what about the rights of citizens of this country to be protected for like this, its that a spouse of a British citizen can be deported for not passing an English test, life in uk test or meeting the financial requirements

what about the human rights of the victims , he killed someone, wounded someone and assaulted someone, its time the victims took these judges to court because the judges decisions have affected their human rights.

MAI has a long and violent criminal record. He was convicted of manslaughter of another Somali, known only by the initials FA, in 1998 at Cardiff Crown Court and jailed for five years.

Thankfully the Home Office are appealing - germs like this should be denied contact with legal aid funded lawyers and held in solitary until they are deported via a military airfield

and the conlibs and labour wonder why people are turning to UKIP and worse

why is it possible the gov can put hurdles in your way to bring your spouse here and your a British citizen, why don't the courts state that's an infringement on your human rights, yet this is being protected by the judges

the gov shouldn't need to appeal if your not a British citizen and you commit a crime that results in 1yr in prison you should be automatically deported no matter what. i thought that was the law anyway !
