Mealy- Mouthed Jack Straw: This time enough was enough

I will not be alone in welcoming the decision of Judge Richard Chalkley in the Upper Tribunal of the immigration courts that Mahmoud Jabber, a convicted drug dealer living in Accrington should be deported back to his country of origin, Palestine.

Stinking, rank, hypocrisy from Straw. This is the man who as Home Secretary and Senior Labour politician promoting Blairs open door immigration policy allowed millions of undesirables to stay permanently and change the face of our country forever. Pass the sickbag

Britain has been a safe haven for genuine refugees, for centuries.
The guy came here as a refugee nothing to do with any 'open door policy'

Not a refugee - read some background Joe this piece of filth came here on a 6 month tourist visa :-

The saga began when Jaber arrived in Britain in 1988 for a six-month stay only to come back permanently in February 1992 to join his father in Accrington.

The parent - who had arrived earlier in the UK in 1987 - had already lost a battle to claim asylum in 1990 but he was granted leave to remain due to "exceptional circumstances."

I'm referring to the fact that Straw fully embraced Labour's cynical vote rigging mass immigration policy whilst in Government - it is only in the last couple of years that he has tried to distance himself from it

There are more Romanians and Bulgarians in the country now than under any previous government. .

On this subject this piece of filth should be deported no questions asked. There are millions of overstayers/illegals in this country and both parties are to blame in one way or another.

He came here during Thatcher's government and returned to stay during Majors term.

All in all, a nasty piece of . I hope before they sling him out they take his cars watches and cash for the inconvenience he has caused.

As you know Joe it was a policy they kept under wraps as the British public would have taken to the streets had they been aware

Labour wanted mass immigration to make UK more multicultural, says former adviser

the points based system was based on the system used in Australia brought in by labour in 2008

looks like your talking about people who came here on work permits, they still needed a job offer from an employer and couldn't claim any benefits til they got ILR which was 5yrs.

He's talking about an open door immigration policy that ran 2000 - 2008 designed to shaft the British people and create millions of future Labour voters

    Simple

Hundreds of thousands of "asylum seekers", "students", "tourists" overstayers, criminals etc had precious little enforcement to fear, the ineffective Home Office lost or warehoused files then at the end of the day there was Labours 1997 Human Rights Act plus legal aid to win claims to stay in the UK
