Hi guys.
My wife has a filipino friend who went to apply for work and was told she needs a work permit. I know she doesn't needs one as she is on a Spouse Visa, but where can I find information to confirm this and help her out?
Many thanks
John

Best indication whether she can work or not, is stated on her visa
This student doesn't have the right to work or no recourse to public funds as stated on his visa
While on this settlement visa there is no 'no work' condition just the no recourse to public funds
