    isnt the whole visa system unfair on genuine couples ? massive fees---crazy red tape----the total uncertainty of the process---peoples futures dependent on the whim of some clerk assessing the application--?

    ... even more to the point - as I've maintained throughout my membership of this forum - it's ludicrous that non~British Europeans are allowed to exercise their so-called EEA "Treaty Rights" to bring foreign marital partners to completely free of charge, knowing there's a 99.9 percent chance of the visas being approved!
