    Chinese Military Said to Be Massing Near the Vietnam Border

    Troops, tanks, trucks, artillery, and armored personnel carriers of China’s military were seen heading to the Vietnamese border on May 16 and 17, according to photographs taken by by residents near the border.

    maybe its just scare tactics, as the Russian did with the Ukraine

    seems Putin has moved his 40,000 troops away from the Ukraine border, maybe the limited sanctions have started to work

    Ships evacuate Chinese workers from Vietnam after riots



    Watched over by riot police, more than 3,000 Chinese workers left Vietnam on Monday on ships chartered by their government after deadly unrest broke out last week amid a dispute over sovereignty claims in the South China Sea.
