My fiance is a British citizen and its quite far from London just to have drinking session, he is happy having his beer while watching TV in his home anyway. Thanks.

hehehe been here for almost a month, still i didnt get the chance of meeting a kababayan, madalang pa yata sa sikat ng araw ang pinoy sa london, karamihan nasa northern part ng England.

Kababayan london_nose, You are not in the Phils anymore I think that most filipino kababayan there are very busy. You know, the cost of living is high so, have to work hard and if they wanted to have a good time they would prefered to stay indoors with their own family if they have family there or own their own, or with their friends if they are sharing apartments. Unlike in other countries such as Hong Kong and etc... if you want to see fellow pinoys just go to Central and you can find thousands pinoys around sitting or hanging around the parks and footbridges every Sunday.
If you want to meet more kababayan, maybe try to go to filipino restaurants or shops Im sure you will find one.Goodluck London_nose.

You need to get use to your new environment and Bridget is right, you need to go out to pass your time or perhaps search some Filipino Community activities or events to your local area, you leave in the city and definitely theres plenty of Filipino around your place. Theres always someone who organize a Filipino-British Christmas Party and Barrio Fiesta (only Summer). You only been here for a month, so give yourself plenty of time to adjust to your new world.
