Report of Marriage Question

Hello,
I've submitted my documents for Report of Marriage 2 weeks ago, and I'm wondering why they haven't send it back.. I have submitted the complete documents with a return envelope..

I just want to ask, did u have your documents authenticated or what they called as Apostille stamp?
Because if that thing is needed that might be the cause of delay of my documents because I didn't do it.
I have included a cover letter with my contact number but they didn't contact me whatsoever, I called them today and they said they'll call me back to check.
It's just me off.
Please help me. I need it next week.

I'm not sure what the problem would be if you've provided them with everything (no need for Apostille stamp). If they haven't called you back again, I think it's time to ring them again later before the end of office hours.

Better to ring them. They are quite good there actually, very helpful staffs.

Called at 4pm yesterday no one's answering, called at 9:30 earlier and the operator told me that the one in the marriage dept isn't there yet.. Lol! So she asked for my name and number and said they'll just call, but in the end no return call. So I called them before 4pm and they told me my docs have been sent.
