    I will, even tho today is a 'Normal' day I ate less than I normally would - it's in my head now

    Update

    Oops I've done it again - given up on that diet. Too big a sacrifice - seemed good at the time

    Will try to get back to exercise bike and cut down food a bit - that really did work.

    Not tonight tho, it's too warm and I have various England football games to attend in pubs - so might as well not worry too much for now.
