I don't do diet ...drink plenty of water..SIP of sugary drinks ie..Pepsi once a week ..Same with chocolate...

Last but not least, more fruits and vegetables...and of course...meat but in moderationSo my weight since I came here ranged to 6.7 stone...or 43 kilos - maybe 45 if am full. I am only 5 feet in height
