    Will she have to retake even the parts of the test she passes or can she just retake the listening part

    Unfortunately, she has to retake all parts of the test.

    It's so unfair that she must sit the whole test again
    She should just have to do the listening part again
    I worry about her being so upset with the result and she is 12 weeks pregnant I fear the stress will claim our unborn baby's life
    Anyway I had to book another test so we will struggle this month again on my single salary

    Sorry to learn of your disappointment. You can help your wife and reduce any stress levels she might be feeling by giving her lots of TLC, reassurance and also helping her to revise Stay positive, I'm sure it will rub off on her and you know the old saying ........ If at first you don't succeed, try and try again. Best of luck to you both.

    Take a lot of practice test with listening and speaking. That's all that matters and she can forget worrying about the rest of the categories. There are lots of free online test for listening, use those for practice.
