Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Babulal Gaur has described rape as a social crime, saying "sometimes it's right, sometimes it's wrong", in the latest controversial remarks by an Indian politician about rape.

Apparently when you are living in an urban area, or in a modernised country, if you will come out and said you were raped, people will stare at you from head to toe like saying "that's what you want."
