Where to complain about British Consul?

My big brother has been a British Consul, amongst other posts, at several different Embassies.

I think you'd be best advised to contact 'head office' at FCO London.

He's a department head there now, but unfortunately, not on the Consular side.

There are SOME good guys there.

I`d appreciate his number if you think he could help answer my very simple questions Graham.. PM me if you think he could do that or at least if he could put me on to someone that could!! Thanks.
