My goodness that video runs slow on my PC.
I will not buy the Xbox One or the games for it on principle...don't care how much they've fancied up the graphics. Simply because older games (100s of £s worth) are no longer able to be played on the new, and very expensive console, and neither are any of the very expensive existing accessories able to be used....like my steering wheel and pedals !
My latest 360 model is less than a year old and is fine for all the games I (and my son) have, for the forseeable future.
Anyway, having better graphics is great, but makes no difference if you're a rubbish driver/player.

I have ps4 and it's good but nothing blown me away yet. Hopefully some good titles will be shown at the e3 show this week.
My little pet Escort RS1800 from Forza 4, which now has around 300bhp, race suspension etc, and will beat probably every other car in its class (replay).
