    Ingerlund, Ingerlund, Ingerlund !

An unfortunate sign of the times here - in the street is an untaxed, uninsured eurocar :-

Oh mine was, Les - in a BIG way - at least, football!

Played for (and captained) a number of Junior, Amateur and Juvenile teams in his young days.

Likewise, my brother and his younger lad, Graeme. Together, the three of 'em attended matches most weeks - right up until my dad's sudden death in 1989 - and the others continue to do so.

But me? Well ... ... I guess I'm the"black sheep" of the family, in the sense that I've never been what you'd call a fan of "the beautiful game".

I do not mean to say everyone should love football - and I can understand why when you see people rolling around etc.

Saying all that tho, no other sport in England even comes close to the fervor football produces.

I like a bit of Rugby but when we won the world cup in 2003 it was tiny in comparrison.

Just been talking to a Dutch friend, he says similar over there decked out in flags & orange.

He also says the additional benefit of all the flags etc is that makes it easy to know if you’ve inadvertently strayed into a dangerous immigrant neighbourhood - I had to agree

    C'MON ENGLAND!!! Lets 'AVE IT!!

No idea where I can watch the games live here because of the time difference..

My only chance is, I`m gonna have to be an unpopular friend to my neighbour that has it on the U.S Armed Forces Network cable TV..

I still need to advise him what time the England game is on though.

Its always good to see fellow Northern Europeans beat the Latin greaseballs particularly tonight as I had 12/1 on both teams scoring and the Dutch to win Hup Holland!

Just informed Harlene I am getting up at 6am to watch England.

I'm currently in a hotel in Manila, although my mobile or Samsung Chromebook laptop do not support my Virgin anywhere app! I am hoping to watch a decent live stream.

I have my own large flag hanging out of window.

Just put £10 on Rooney to score first goal 5/1

Your hotel should have cable TV. The game should be live on the balls channel.

Just woke up and found the game on the balls channel.

Harlene is sleeping still, she hates football. I'll soon wake her up once the match starts lol

The Bookies love the silly bets. 150/1 for 3-3 now with 30 minutes left.

Just got 12/1 for final score of 4-1. Last of the BIG spenders, I put a whole 50p on it.
