Copy of Title Deeds

My wife's family have lost the title deeds to their home - is there a Land Registry or suchlike in Phills where they can get a copy? Or does anyone know of a commercial company offering this service?

The local NSO Land Registry Dept should be able to supply a copy of the original deeds if the land was legally bought and registered. My wife also had to do this and she now has a new deed (original). Make sure you can show proper identification or you will not get very far though.
