I AM NOW LIVING HERE IN ENGLAND FOR GOOD. I WANT TO SELL MY PROPERTIES IN CAGAYAN DE ORO, PHILIPPINES. THESE ARE A HOUSE AND LOT, WITH 518 SQUARE METER GROUND, AND A VACANT LOT OF 800 SQUARE METER. THEY ARE ALL LOCATED AT THE PRIME SUBDIVISION IN CARMEN, CDO NEAR THE AIRPORT, AND CITY PROPER. I NEED ADVICE.. THANKS!

yes, i have tried contacting real estate brokers in the philippines, but it seems that, they want to increase the price that i deal with them. i want to sell it directly, but i am here in england. my family are far from where my properties are located, so, i have to do it myself. It's already a bargain, in a less than the pice selling in that prime area. I want to dispose it, because i can't be able to look after the properties when i am away for so long. thanks for the reply! I hope you could give me some ideas..

Why do you want to sell your property? Why not just leave it as a investment?

i don't mind telling you how much. The house and lot, which is a corner lot is 3M in pesos, and the vacant lot of 800 sqm, i want to sell it for 2,700 pesos per sqm. they are all located at Golden village, carmen CDO.
