Pity there are empty wards with so many people waiting for treatment

(I think) Myrna's niece actually worked there - as an NHS nurse - for a short spell before transferring to a neighbouring hospital because the *pay rates at the one mentioned were lower than those elsewhere.

*Which ... ... of course would, in turn, explain the empty wards.
