As per the title, what comparison sites do you use for flights please?

Skyscanner, Kayak and Bravofly.

Tend to be biased towards Emirates myself as I'm gold status on their frequent flyer programme

Is it better to book with Emirates direct?

I did for my last flight (last month) also did the same with Etihad in January.

I go to Skyscanner first though, to give me a few pointers.

I use netflights....

Then go to the airlines website to see if they offer a better deal.

As with everything it's best to double check all options, to be fair 90% of the time it's cheaper to go through an agent. They bulk buy seats and therefore buy and sell at a discounted rate, the only reason I'd book direct is that I get loads of miles using my Emirates Amex card and then can use my accumulated miles to upgrade
