You have to think what kind of country surrenders control of its borders and willingly allows in parasites who could be criminal, diseased, criminal or extremist.

On the other hand they could merely be lawyers from Romania who have fallen on hard times (there is a post expressing this naive view somewhere on here if you can find it )
