Hi I'm hoping someone can help us,

My wife and stepson are applying for ILR, today we have received a biometrics enrolment letter stating we have 15 days to get this done and to make sure the details are correct. They state Thailand as birth place on both letters It says if the personal details are incorrect to call 08706067766
when I phoned it says this is Home Office and this number is not in use go to the website www.gov.uk/uk-visas-immigration but I'm not having any luck at finding any information on how to correct their mistake or find another phone number or email can anyone help. Mark
