Sadly, parts of the world are still living in the stone age and should be avoided by all OFWs.
It,s about time the Philippine government took responsibility for warning OFW,s about the hot spots instead of letting them blindly walk into these war zones. Many of them don,t have a clue until it's too late.
Just makes me hate that damned religion more and more-hope one day it's eradicated from our shores
The Phils govt could quite easily just ban workers from certain countries, but of course they won't while remittances are being sent back.
If one of the ruling class's kids was to be beheaded or raped, more attention might be forthcoming.
Sorry Les, but we are stuck with 'those' people in our country. A few years down the line, well, I'll be glad to be elsewhere.
I think we will get more right wing - I'm a decent guy but if that's what needs to be done to sort it, then so be it!
