I have personally little problem with them being privately educated, as long as this makes them the best person for the job.
I'd much rather have someone from an expensive school doing the job of running the country, looking after our finances and protection.......and knowing what the hell they are doing, than some sort of social inclusion policy, getting someone in from a bog standard comprehensive, and the duffer not having a clue what to do.

What I do strongly object to are ......s like Diane Abbot and Harriet Harman publicly criticising public schools, being in a party which hates the hothouses which are grammar schools..................then sending THEIR kids to such places whilst vilifying the rest of us who might wish to aspire to do this.
