    TOEIC Exam

Right, so I need to be enlightened about this

I am about to pay £145 for an English test IELTS that I will be using for my FLR,

I have read that someone still got her visa even if she submitted TOEIC exam. She took her exam just before April.

I took mine last February 26 2014. Can I still use that as my English certificate in applying my FLR?

Gosh, I want to save that £145 as we are having challenges with expenses or we might use it for applying FLR in premium.

To be on the safe side, take the IELTS. No harm done when you take it. It will save you any troubles. What's £145 compared to the troubles it will cause you if your visa won't be approved or be put on hold. Trust me, it's worth paying for a new test than using the test that you already know is not valid. I believe one member here has her ILR put on hold because of TOEIC.

Hi Ms. Rayna, maybe TOEIC is still acceptable for applicants outside the UK if taken before April 2014?

In Neil's case, they used TOEIC 6 weeks ago but still got the visa.

I just read the thread. Thank you so much Rayna, you are right. Better to take the risk of £145 than £1,001
