Upon looking at the link you posted on my page here
I must confess, I am confused with all this information this link has.

I would like to cut the chase and go directly to the part where it points to exactly where it says about getting an emergency clearance visa at the British Embassy in Manila so that my wife can go by getting an appointment date to visit and that is approved by the visa staff there. Can this be done or does she have start all over again from the beginning that we did a few years ago?
