Section 8 ILR Set (M) question

I have filled in the SET(M) form but at Section 8 it has boxes for the applicant and the sponsor

Myself and my wife get tax credits so should I the UK national just tick that box or should my wife have to tick also

I just really want to make sure we fill in the form correctly

If you both get tax credits then you have to declare it
