First time I have broken a phone
Dropped Samsung on floor and what a pain Virgin are at claiming.
Luckily free phone insurance, unluckily £70 excess.
I even have to print out a claim form manually fill it out and post it back f.f.s.

Send an email to Usain Bolt. You might get it back quicker when it is repaired.
Luckily I get replacement rather than repair.
Oh yes I'm just leaving Andy's Ip address on itfor Leeds United Service crew for when West Brom robbed em of 2 titles
I'm with Virgin mobile too Les...until November, when they'll be getting kicked into touch.
I'll be buying my own (or just keeping my old PAYG one), UNLOCKED, and no longer paying for something that I hardly use the 'smart' stuff on , now that I have my tablet.
If you don't mind me asking how much do people pay for mobile phones these days, mine cost £19 brand new and I thought that was expensive. I notice you can still buy new Nokia's for £5!
Well cheap if you just want a phone but most people get a smartphone on contract as to buy they are about £500
Mine costs £23 a month (half that for the first 6 months), unlimited UK calls, texts and internet.
2 year contract.
Shocking news to me, we only really use our mobile to call or text Philippines and that is about once a month and as for UK calls very very rare because we don't really know any one yet, so I suppose that's why we only have to top up £10 every few months. We use landline for all the other calls like utilities because it's free!
