We, the British, stole the land from the natives of Diego Garcia, rounded them up and dumped them on the Indians so that the Americans could use the place as an airbase. That was a shamefull act in its entirety.

Yes but I don't feel any shame Tiger - it was different times. We were lucky to be such a capable race of people. The strong took the spoils - pretty much always have done and always will - it's human nature.

I'm very proud of the British Empire and wish we still had it.
Also, as much as we are damned, we brought a lot of these countries civilization, and many would not be as strong and advanced as they are now.
