Hi mylittlehaven I understand your sentiments but why blame the Home Office? Alright, they are not the best I give you that but somehow you must have known that TOEIC was suspended. Applying ILR/FLR/Citizenship with a TOEIC certificate means your application will be on hold until further notice. Anyway, congratulations Citizenship next.

BLAME is not the right word I think it's more of disappointments and hurt after all I have been thru and, as human as I am, guess I cant help it but find flaws on their service surely those who has gone through same ordeal will feel same way..... and maybe if they have more up to date website list of this and that would be a great thing to do so no one will blame them hahahha, thanks
