Evening, we have headache filling SET(M) application form. Section 3 asks about children. My partner John has children from a previous relationship of a British wife. They are over 20 years of age. Do we have to include them in this Section 3?

NOT when John's children are over 18 years old, non~dependent and British Citizens.
